Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. Shipping weights include the weight of the packaging. UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Outside the UK orders are sent Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed For.

2. Photographs will accurately represent each item - no exaggeration, enhancement or retouching flaws. Any photographic variation from true natural colour will be so noted.

3. Only the exact item pictured will be shipped - no substitutes.

4. Each mineral will be individually wrapped and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
