Grossular Garnet

 Although these grossular garnets from the classic Mexican location are relatively common, in this size they are not. Its form is an elongated dodecahedron with sharp, lusterous faces. These are natural faces, and not the artifically ground-on faces seen on so many garnets for sale today. The colour is slightly lighter than the pictures.
